Ecites Solutions ("we", "us") operates this website and the Ecites Konnect platform. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

When you contact us or create an Ecites Konnect account we collect your name, email address, phone number and, once you finish setup, your business details. When you send messages through the platform we process the recipient phone numbers, email addresses and message content you provide.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to create and secure your account, verify your identity when you sign in, deliver the SMS, WhatsApp and email messages you send, process airtime, data and payouts, respond to your enquiries and communicate with you about your account.

4. WhatsApp Messaging

Messages sent through WhatsApp are delivered via the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Phone numbers and message content are shared with Meta only as needed to deliver those messages, and are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

5. Sharing of Information

We share information with SMS, WhatsApp, email and payment service providers only as needed to provide the services. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Storage and Security

Personal details such as your name, email and phone number are encrypted at rest. Access to this data is restricted to what is needed to operate the platform.

7. Data Retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

8. Your Rights
