Bulk SMS for schools: reach every parent in minutes
Schools and universities across Kenya use SMS to keep parents informed and get fees paid on time. With Ecites Konnect, the bursar or head teacher sends one personalised message to every parent from an Excel class list.
Each parent gets their own child's details: name, admission number, class, fee balance or CBC results, under your school's name.

Frequently asked questions
Can each parent get their own child's fee balance?
Yes. Upload an Excel file with each parent's number and the learner's details; every column becomes a placeholder in the message, so each parent gets their own figures.
Can we send CBC results by SMS?
Yes. The CBC Assessment Results template lists the learning areas and performance levels (EE1 to BE2); fill it in and send it as a Custom SMS.
Can the SMS come from our school name?
Yes, once your Sender ID (for example YOUR_SCHOOL) is registered. You can request it from your account with the school's documents.
How much does it cost to SMS all parents?
From KES 0.20 to KES 0.70 per SMS depending on volume. A school sending one 160-character message to 800 parents pays at most KES 560.
